Awakening Breathwork

This is a powerful tool to help individuals discover clarity and healing by tapping into non-ordinary state of consciousness to access parts of themselves that usually are hidden from daily life.

This breath can unlock emotions, traumas and energy that has been suppressed so we can feel, heal and reclaim our true power and truth.

Nadi Shodhana Breathwork

Nadi shodhana is an excellent breathing technique to calm and center the mind, bringing it back to the present moment. It helps to harmonize the hemispheres of the brain, balancing the logical and emotional sides of the practitioner's personality. Practice of this breathing technique also purifies and balances the nadis (energy channels), and ensures a smooth flow of prana (life force) through the body.

EFT TAPPING - For Anxiety

 Tapping therapy is based on the combined principles of ancient Chinese acupressure and modern psychology. Tapping with the fingertips on specific meridian endpoint helps to calm the nervous system, rewire the brain to respond in healthier ways, and restore the body’s balance of energy.
